“Human Hibachi 3: The Last Supper” Serves Its Final Course on TROMA NOW! March 1st, 2026

Director Mario Cerrito and Slaughterhouse Films are proud to announce that Human Hibachi 3: The Last Supper, the definitive final chapter of the award-winning cannibal franchise, will make its highly anticipated debut on the Troma Now! streaming service on March 1, 2026.

Following its exclusive world premiere on Found TV in February, the “transgressive” found-footage horror film moves to its permanent home at Troma Entertainment, the legendary independent studio that has championed the series’ global reach.

In this final installment, Cerrito shifts from the raw survival of previous films to a narrative of religious extremism. The story follows a man consumed by hyper-religiosity who leads a cult of devout followers into a ritualized “last supper,” where the main course is human sacrifice. Taglined “Kill. Pray. Eat.”, the film is described as the darkest entry in the trilogy.

Human Hibachi 3 features a landmark crossover for independent horror fans, starring Lloyd Kaufman, President of Troma Entertainment and creator of The Toxic Avenger and Debbie Rochon, Legendary scream queen and Troma veteran (Terror Firmer, Tromeo and Juliet).

The film also marks the return of franchise staples Jeff Alpert (Doug Patrick), Wataru Nishida (Jin Yamamoto), Zachary Chung Pun (Aikio), and Stafford Chavis (Bobby Shields).

The Human Hibachi series has been a critical darling of the independent horror circuit, with the original film winning Best Feature at the 2021 New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival, followed by the sequel, Feast in the Forest, taking the same top honor in 2022.

Fans can subscribe to Troma Now! to stream the complete trilogy beginning March 1, 2026.

    FACTS FROM THE HIBACHI:

“I was thrilled to cook up some cinematic treats with Mario for the third installment of Human Hibachi. It took a few tries before we got the scenes in the can. A brutal snowstorm shut down round one, and a few other attempts just didn’t sizzle the way Mario envisioned.

Then fate intervened — I had a two-day layover in Newark, so we turned a hotel room into our own little slaughterhouse chic studio. The cast and crew rolled in to create some spicy magic. No, not that kind… better. The kind with blood and bodies.

The funniest moment? Mario and his wife had to dash out for cleaning supplies, and thanks to the labyrinth that is New Jersey road planning, they were delayed so long they had to head home. That left me alone with blood-soaked costumes and prop knives.

I couldn’t exactly toss them in the hotel trash — I didn’t need a surprise visit from law enforcement — so I carefully walked them several blocks away, very aware of the security cameras, and disposed of them like the world’s most suspicious method actress.

It was obviously fake blood… but I still wonder what the person who found it thought.” – Debbie Rochon
