Summer Hill Films LLC, a U.S. distributor and international sales and licensing company, has announced the AVOD release of the suspenseful thriller, ‘Door in the Woods’ through Wild Eye Releasing. Now available to stream on AVOD on Vudu and Tubi, ‘Door in the Woods’ tells the story of a family who takes on more than they could ever imagine.
In this movie, things take a turn for the worst when a small-town family finds an abandoned door in the woods. Is this just an abandoned door, or a gateway to something so dark no one sees it coming?
‘Door in the Woods’ is directed by Billy Chase Goforth, known for ‘25K’ (2010) and ‘The Betrothed’ (2014).
The film stars Jennifer Pierce Mathus, known for her work in ‘Freaky’ (2020), ‘Bluff City Law’ (2019), and ‘True Detective’ (2019). Along with Mathus is David Rees Snell, known for ‘School and Board’ (2012) and ‘Sons of Anarchy’ (2011), and CJ Jones, known for ‘Baby Driver’ (2017) and ‘Everything’s Gonna Be Okay’ (2021).
