Robot Monster 70th Anniversary edition released by Bayview Entertainment wins big at the 22nd Annual Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards.
And the winner is… Robot Monster for Best Blu-ray and Best Restoration, plus “honorable mention” in the Best Commentator featuring sole surviving cast member, Gregory Moffett. In addition, it was runner-up in the Best Event category for its New York City theatrical premiere.
Synopsis: The monstrous Ro-Man attempts to annihilate the last family alive on Earth, but finds himself falling for their beautiful daughter.
The 1953 cult classic was restored by 3-D Film Archive and released by Bayview Entertainment in 2023 to celebrate its 70th Anniversary.
