Cult Cinema LLC proudly announces production on its latest horror comedy, THE KILLER PIZZA MAN, a wild, practical-effects-driven creature feature packed with horror legends, fan favorites, and rising stars including legendary scream queen Brinke Stevens (Slumber Party Massacre), alongside Darren Ewing (Troll 2), Troy Fromin (Return of the Living Dead Part II, Class of Nuke ‘Em High 2 & 3), Santiago Cirilo (The Walking Dead), WWE Superstar Honky Tonk Man, seasoned b-movie veteran Michael Ochotorena (The Standoff), indie horror mainstay Julie Anne Prescott (The Amityville Harvest, Teacher Shortage, Night of The Zomghouls), and rapidly rising multi talent Morrigan Milam (Martian Girl Massacre).
Blending grindhouse energy with outrageous horror-comedy, THE KILLER PIZZA MAN tells the story of a fallen gang member who is resurrected through dark forces and transformed into a demonic creature behind an out of the way rundown pizza parlor. Driven by vengeance, he returns to terrorize a local bed and breakfast lodging those who betrayed him, leaving a path of chaos, bloodshed, mayhem, and pepperoni wherever he goes.
Helmed by filmmaker Will Collazo, script by Julie Anne Prescott, and produced under the Cult Cinema banner, the film leans heavily into practical effects and a hand-built creature design, delivering a throwback experience inspired by classic VHS-era horror and monster movies.
“We wanted to create something fun, fresh, and unforgettable,” says Collazo. “This is a true throwback to the kind of movies we grew up on with practical effects, outrageous characters, and a monster you can have fun with as much as you can fear.”
With a strong emphasis on physical effects over CGI, THE KILLER PIZZA MAN promises fans a tactile, gritty, and visually striking horror experience that celebrates the spirit of independent genre filmmaking, as well as it showcases the talent behind it.
Production is currently underway with a July 2026 shoot set.
