ANNE RICE’S Immortal Universe continues to grow with the highly anticipated new spy thriller meets gothic horror Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order Season 1. First introduced in the hit series’ Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire and Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches, fans can now dive into the world of the Talamasca – the secret society responsible for tracking and containing witches, vampires, and other creatures scattered around the globe.
Following its launch on Netflix, Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order Season 1 is set for a Blu-ray and DVD release on 2 March 2026, courtesy of Acorn Media International. For fans wanting to catch up early, the full series is available to buy and keep on digital.
The brand-new series is led by Nicholas Denton (Dangerous Liaisons, Glitch) who stars as Guy Anatole, a young man who is recruited by the Talamasca and lured into the seductive underworld of supernatural secrets and spies.
Denton is joined by a stellar cast including Elizabeth McGovern (Downton Abbey, War of the Worlds), William Fichtner (Crash, Prison Break), Maisie Richardson-Sellers (Legends of Tomorrow, The Kissing Booth 2) and Celine Buckens (Free Rein, Warrior). Jason Schwartzman (Rushmore, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) is also set to guest star with Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire stars Eric Bogosian (Succession, Talk Radio) and Justin Kirk (Weeds, Angels in America) crossing over into this new series.
On the cusp of graduating law school, Guy Anatole (Denton) is approached by the mysterious Helen (McGovern), a representative of the Talamasca. When he discovers that the organisation have been tracking him since childhood, he falls headlong into a world of secret agents and immortal beings who, up to now, have maintained a fragile balance with the mortal world.
Surrounded by lies and deception, and with danger in every direction, Guy must determine who he can truly trust – both human and superhuman – in a world where there are many fates worse than death.
