Forever Entertainment Wraps Production on Psychological Horror Slasher “The Flower City Butcher” in Rochester, NY
From the Award-Winning Team Behind “Friday the 13th: Blood Loss”

Forever Entertainment, the independent film company founded by Mandee Caimano and Anthony Caimano, announces the completion of filming for its newest horror feature, The Flower City Butcher. Production concludes December 4th–8th, 2025, in Rochester, New York—the city known as The Flower City and the dark inspiration behind this terrifying new psychological slasher. The film will make its world premiere in October 2026, just in time for the Halloween season.
Written and directed by Mandee Caimano, with Anthony Caimano serving as co-director and director of photography, The Flower City Butcher blurs the line between psychological horror and slasher brutality, delving into the twisted mind of its killer.
The film stars Krystian Bester (Law & Order: SVU, FBI’s Most Wanted, and Jason Voorhees / John Hawthorne in Friday the 13th: Blood Loss) as Andrew, a man battling a psychotic illness that distorts his sense of reality and morality. From the very beginning, audiences know Andrew is the killer — but the story’s haunting tension comes from witnessing his unraveling psyche, his moments of clarity, and his descent into madness that leads to an unforgettable end.
Andrew’s transformation is embodied through a custom, hand-sculpted skull mask — a haunting centerpiece personally created by director Mandee Caimano herself.
Also starring Horror Icon Ari Lehman, the original Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, along with rising star Mikayla Lecoqu and Jeremy Hirsch, the film unfolds on Devil’s Night — October 30th, the eve of Halloween. Set in Rochester’s eerie streets, The Flower City Butcher transforms the city’s nickname into something chillingly literal, turning The Flower City into a field of fear and blood.

“We wanted to tell a story that feels uncomfortably real,” says writer and director Mandee Caimano. “Andrew’s psychosis isn’t just horror for horror’s sake — it’s a look inside a fractured mind and the horrors that can grow when it’s left unchecked.”
The Flower City Butcher follows the acclaimed success of Forever Entertainment’s Friday the 13th: Blood Loss, which earned multiple awards including Best Directors (Mandee & Anthony Caimano), Best Actor (Krystian Bester), Best Actress (Beatrice Boepple), and Best Makeup (Mandee Caimano).

Forever Entertainment is currently seeking backers, collaborators, and producers to join their upcoming projects, including the horror-comedy Killer Pizza — filming summer 2026 in Rochester, NY. The film stars Tom Glynn, Collin Fiol, Nicole Vegas, Walter Phelan, Tam Taylor, and more — and features a fully functional pizza puppet as its monstrous lead.
