Johnathon de Havilland began his theatrical career as Sailor #3 in a junior high adaptation about the life of Christopher Columbus. In high school, he worked behind the curtain, helping build sets for various high school plays. De Havilland first studied acting at Cincinnati’s AuditionRoom513 under Marvel Cinematic Universe actress Abigail Esmena.
De Havilland started working in film as background in the Tom Hanks led “A Man Called Otto”. He soon landed several local television commercial bookings. His first lines of dialogue in a feature film were delivered to Tim Nelson (“O’ Brother Where Art Thou?”) in the film “Bang Bang,” which premiered at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival.
As his career grew, he began receiving small speaking roles in such films as “Hank’s Christmas Wish 2” opposite Dean Cain, as the 19th century US Navy helmsman Roosevelt in “Cursed Waters”, and the romantic lead in the Christmas comedy “Home-Less for the Holidays.”
De Havilland ‘s first supporting role was opposite Kevin Sorbo in the epic fantasy “Devil’s Knight”. The film also starred Daniel Baldwin and Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts.
Unnatural tells the story of Dan Rimington (played by former WWE superstar Al Snow), a gunslinger on a divine mission to hunt down supernatural creatures as penance for his past sins. Haunted by his failures, Rimington follows a brutal mantra: “Kill ’em all and let God sort ’em out.”
Directed by Whit Whitman, The film blends Western, action, and horror genres into an unforgettable tale of redemption and survival. With intense action scenes and supernatural elements, it’s a unique experience that will captivate fans of genre-bending cinema.
