Adventure Kid and Blue Firefly Films are delighted to announce new romantic comedy Bite Me will be coming to digital download on the 8th February 2022.
    Synopsis:
When Sarah, a real-life vampire, gets audited by the IRS, the last thing she expects to get out of it is a date. But James, her hopelessly romantic IRS agent, thinks she’s other-worldly. As an unlikely attraction sparks between the two misfits, they are forced to confront whether they have the courage to commit the terrifying, radical act of falling in love.
There’s plenty to sink your teeth into with this exciting new rom-com from award-winning writer and director duo Naomi McDougall Jones and Meredith Edwards. Bite Me stars an impressive cast, featuring Naomi McDougall Jones (Imagine I’m Beautiful, Boardwalk Empire) who also wrote and produced the film, Christian Coulson (Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, Mozart in The Jungle), Naomi Grossman (American Horror Story, Ctrl, Alt, Delete) and Annie Golden (Orange is the New Black, Cheers).
Bite Me is the second feature film of writer/director duo Naomi McDougall Jones and Meredith Edwards. Their first feature film, Imagine I’m Beautiful (2014) won 12 awards on the film festival circuit.

Naomi McDougall Jones is a vocal woman in film activist. Her TEDTalk, What it’s Like to be a Woman in Hollywood in 2017 went viral and as a result thousands of philanthropists were keen to financially support Bite Me.
Award-winning Director Meredith Edwards, says of the film:“In this uncertain and emotionally challenging time, I want people to leave Bite Me feeling empowered by the magic of love, laughter, and community; to leave with more joy, optimism and hope. Bite Me teaches us that acceptance for ourselves and one another is made possible through love, and I believe we’re all in need of this message right now.”
Bite Me will be coming to Digital Download from 8th February 2022
