Halloween edges closer … and ScareHouse in Pittsburgh, named the “scariest haunted house in America” by ABC News and “one of America’s scariest haunted houses” by CBS News is offering a new look inside its hair-raising hallways.
As ScareHouse celebrates its 20th year, the acclaimed haunted house – “I could live here!” said Oscar®-winning director Guillermo del Toro – has released a new video that takes viewers inside this year’s bone-rattling, nerve-shattering experience.
We invite you to share this brief tour into the sinister heart of ScareHouse with your audience as Halloween season descends.
In addition, if you’d be interested in speaking with the creators, designers and artists who have brought ScareHouse to life in a “dead mall” just on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, please let me know, and I’d be happy to arrange time for you to speak with them. ScareHouse operates every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through early November.
And for those who can’t make it to ScareHouse but want to bring some of the fright and freakiness of this legendary haunt into their own homes …
… ScareHouse has created an all-new, 20-minute compilation of the music and sound effects that fill its hallways. “The Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of ScareHouse” can be found at this link, or at Apple Music, Spotify and Amazon — and we very much welcome you to share this in any way you see fit. In the meantime … BOO!
