Cult label VIPCO have announced the acquisition of British indie filmmaker Jason Impey’s 2011 zombie film ZOMBIE LOVER for worldwide distribution on physical media and VOD.
The film stars Kemal Yildirim (Director of The Haunting Of The Lady-Jane), Jason Impey (Tortured) and Eileen Daly (Razor Blade Smile).
Synopsis:
A deadly affair leads to a brutal murder which takes Dillon and Stacey into an evil world of the undead.
Jason Impey had this to say about VIPCO distributing ZOMBIE LOVER:
“Its great that my zombie film, the sub-genre that I began my indie filmmaking career in with my award winning short film ‘Zombies in the Wood’ back in 2004 is finally getting a physical release on its home turf in the UK by VIPCO is a dream come true”
VIPCO will release ZOMBIE LOVER on DVD , BD-R (exclusive to the VIPCO website) and VOD with a release date scheduled for June 2021.
They have already got the film up for pre-order (first 100 orders come with a free poster non-signed) on their website along with 50 limited ZOMBIE LOVER posters SIGNED by Director Jason Impey, 25 DVDs SIGNED by Director Jason Impey and 25 Blu-rays SIGNED by Director Jason Impey.
