When high school rocker Johnny Grissom a.k.a. Johnny Gruesome is murdered by a drug dealer, Johnny returns from the grave as a zombie to act out his revenge. This short movie is more of an extended music video based on the novel by Gregory Lamberson. There isn’t much to not like about this short, it has a cool looking rock zombie, heavy metal and Erin Brown (Misty Mundae) getting naked. A simple concept that is done well and the make up on Johnny Gruesome is great.
