Painted Creek Productions and Green Apple Entertainment have released the much awarded thriller ABSTRUSE with Tom Sizemore (Heat, Saving Private Ryan), Dennis Haskins (Saved by the Bell, Bennett’s Song), Kaiti Wallen (Agramon’s Gate), Harley Wallen (Eternal Code) and Kris Reilly (Moving Parts).
They have also simultaneously released the cult hit ENIGMA starring TJ Storm (Punisher: Warzone), Dennis Haskins (Saved by the Bell, A Bennett Song Holiday), Joe Piazza (Wronged), Calhoun Koenig (Law & Order SVU, Agramon’s Gate)
Both films were written and directed by Harley Wallen.
Wallen said,
“I’m stoked that they’re finally coming out in hard copies, especially for the collectors! At each premiere we always have a lot coming for cast signatures. It’s nice to see that they’re not forgotten.”
“We had such a good time making both of these and it was special to see Sizemore dig in and get to the character of Max. And to see a very different side of Dennis, I’m not sure people knew the acting chops he had but they’ll know now!” said Wallen.
ABSTRUSE
Synopsis:
Two young women get themselves into a very compromising situation that proves life changing, the aftermath is almost worse as all trails of the event has been wiped out and all of a sudden the tables turn and Amanda goes from being the victim to the accused. Amanda’s father decides to look into it only to realize it’s much bigger than they first anticipated. The story heads to a Good Vs. Evil showdown to settle the score.
ENIGMA
Synopsis:
Two Detectives are searching for clues to some very unique murders. A close friend finding her faith in search to clear her friend and a very bad man make up the main characters to this thriller.
After a successful VOD run both titles will be releasing on DVD/Blu-ray in May 2020.
